Adopt AI in your organization.
We go through how your team works, decide which parts a skill can do, build it and keep it running.
We help you put the AI tools you already have to work.
Your company can do more with the tools it already pays for. What's missing is someone who knows your work well enough to pick what to automate first, and who sticks around to keep it running.
You get the work written down
Your processes live in a few people's heads. We put one on paper first, and that's the step that makes automating it possible.
You get an owner after launch
Anything can work once. We stay on it after launch, so it still runs the same way next month.
You see what it's worth
Every run reports its cost and how long it took, so the time you save is a number you can show your board.
How we work
- 01
Get on a call
We review how you use AI today, where your work could be automated, and what you've already tried.
- 02
Map your work
We go through one team's real work and sort it: automate, AI-assist, or leave it to a person. You keep that map whether or not you build with us.
- 03
Deploy a skill
We tell you which skills fit, pull one from the marketplace if it already exists, and build the rest. If there is something worth automating, you end up with it running, not with a proposal.
- 04
Train your team
We train the people on your team who'll use it every week. Otherwise it stays a thing only we know how to run.
- 05
Maintain and measure
Once it's live we can keep your skills running, watch usage and cost, and come back with improvements. That part is optional and priced separately.
What changes for one process.Say invoice intake.
- Someone on your team opens the shared inbox every morning.
- Opens each PDF and retypes vendor, amount, due date.
- Checks the log for duplicates by eye.
- Forwards it to AP, and remembers to label it.
- An agent runs on schedule and reads your new mail.
- Fields come out of the body and the attachments.
- Duplicates are checked against your existing log.
- New rows are added and flagged for your review.
- Every run reports its model, tokens, and duration.
One place to see everything mapped and running
Company Brain holds the processes we mapped for you, the skills they became, the connectors in use, and who's involved. Every change is saved and attributed, so your map stays current as your work changes.
Who this is for
A good fit
- You have a repetitive process someone runs every week.
- You can get time with whoever owns that process.
- You'd rather have one thing running than a strategy doc.
- You want the cost and the hours saved measured.
Your agents, a week in
Tell us the workflow that hurts. We'll take it from there.
Tell us what you're working on. We read every answer before we reach out to schedule the session.
- A working session.
- A recommendation you can act on.
- A fixed fee for the first skill.
We will reach out shortly to schedule time for a session to review what you need.
Questions, answered
Getting started
What happens on the first call?
We spend the first 45 minutes understanding where you are with AI today and what is holding adoption back. You leave with a map of your work and a straight answer on whether we can help.
What does becoming AI native actually mean for us?
It isn't a tool you buy. It means your team knows which work AI should do, has skills running on that work, and can see what each one is worth. We start with one process and build fluency from there.
How much of my team's time will this take?
On the first call we map who will be needed across the project, how much of their time we need, and how that adds up to your team being AI fluent. You see all of that before you commit to anything.
Do we need to buy other AI tools?
We recommend the AI tools that support your goals, and nothing more. If your team already pays for Claude or ChatGPT, you're most of the way there.
Running it
Who maintains the skills?
We do. We act as your operations engineers on this, so keeping skills running isn't a role you have to hire for.
What if an agent stops working?
We monitor every skill and agent. Failed runs are logged and measured, and we fix them. You are not the one who finds out three weeks later.
Who owns what gets built?
You do. Skills are readable files, not a black box, so they stay yours whether or not we keep working together.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee for the first skill. We quote it on the first call, once we know what the work is, so there is no open-ended engagement. The call itself is free, and the work map is yours to keep.
Every company needs an operations engineer. We're yours, plus the platform to run it on.
Start with one team and one skill. If it works, we keep going. If it doesn't, you keep the map.
