We launched three new skills this week, including a W9 vendor check and a calendar agent. Along with the new skills, we also rolled out many fixes.
New Skills
Variance report takes your budget-versus-actuals export and creates a written summary that explains what caused the differences, so you don’t have to analyze the numbers on your own.
W9 vendor check reviews an invoice, your vendor records, and your W9 records to let you know if the vendor is recognized and if a W9 is on file.
Calendar agent compares your calendar export with the people and companies you already track, turning a week of meetings into entries about familiar contacts instead of just a list of meeting titles.
Anthropic’s Small Business plugin now appears in the catalog, featuring tools for payroll planning, month-end close, weekly briefs, contract review, and more.
Site Updates
We’ve added a glossary of terms often used when adopting LLMs in organizational work.
We made several UI improvements across the site, including updates to the footer, CFO page, Adopt AI page, and the detail pages for skills, agents, and plugins. These changes make it easier to find and use skills.
Platform Updates
Mentions are now visible on Company Brain entity pages. Each mention recorded for a person or company appears here, with the most recent meeting first. If there are no mentions yet, you’ll see a message explaining how they’re created. Previously, mentions were captured but not displayed anywhere.
We made several UI changes to the platform to make it easier to use and to improve your workflow.
You can now remix an artifact. This feature copies the original prompt and all unresolved comments to your clipboard, ready to paste into any chat and create a new version.
Failed password logins are now limited. After five unsuccessful attempts, further tries are blocked on both the sign-in form and the login API.
Fixes
- When you send a Troubleshoot submission from inside the app, it is now saved to the operations review queue.
- If a saved skill’s file can’t be parsed, it now stays on your skills list with a “Needs attention” tag instead of disappearing.
- All timestamps in the app now show in your device’s time zone.
