Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using skillsandagents.co (the "Site") and the skills, agents, and code distributed through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the materials it distributes.

2. License

The Site itself and the skills, agents, and code we author are released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of that software, subject to the conditions in the license, including that the copyright and permission notice be included in all copies or substantial portions of the software. The full terms are in the LICENSE file in the repository. Where these Terms and the MIT License differ on that software, the MIT License controls.

The Site also distributes third-party skills and agents that are not ours. Those materials remain under their own licenses (for example, some are released under the Apache License 2.0 by their original authors), as stated on each item's page and in its source repository. The MIT grant above does not apply to third-party materials; your rights in any such item are governed by that item's own stated license, and you are responsible for retaining its license notices when you redistribute it.

3. No Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. You are responsible for evaluating whether any skill or agent is suitable for your use and for reviewing what it does before running it on your systems or data.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Site or the materials it distributes to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the operation of the Site. Skills and agents may connect to third-party services and tools; your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for the credentials and access you grant them.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
