This Week's Updates on Skills and Agents

Workflow maps now show every step that writes or acts, with Read and Write access per tool. Owners and admins get an artifact usage page, and Sonnet 5 run costs now match Anthropic's real pricing.

This week, we improved the Skills and Agents Platform by updating workflow maps, the Company Brain, and run-cost tracking. These updates make it easier to track work, access key information, and manage costs.

Skills and Agents Platform

  • Workflow maps now show every step that writes to a tool or takes action. In our platform, an aide is a skill or agent that performs actions or processes tasks for the user. This update shows what an aide can change before a run starts.
  • On the map, external tools like MCPs, Connectors, and CLI connections now use Read and Write checkboxes instead of System and Reference buttons. The map page also shows whether each tool is read-only or can read and write, making tool access easier to understand.
  • We redesigned the platform’s process map. It now shows total task or process time, how that time is calculated, who owns it, how often it runs, and which connectors it uses. This makes maps easier to understand and edit.
  • Artifact entries in the Company Brain now have a created date and a View artifact button that opens the artifact, making them easier to review.
  • Owners and admins now have a usage page for artifacts. You can see which artifacts have been published, who published them, how many comments and remixes each has, and how long the first comment took, making artifact activity easier to track.
  • Hosted runs on Claude Sonnet 5 now report cost at Anthropic’s real price, so reported cost drops by about a third. Runs on Claude Opus 5.5 now record a cost too, so expenses and savings are easier to monitor.
