This Week's Updates: Turn Your Meetings Into a Commitments Tracker

A new Commitments Tracker skill, a workspace feed that shows what needs you, onboarding as a short chat, and private items in the Company Brain.

This week, we added a workspace feed, an onboarding chat, and a private space in the Company Brain to the Skills and Agents Platform. On skillsandagents.co, a skill now adds an accountability tracker to meetings.

  • We’ve launched a Commitments Tracker skill. Give it your meeting notes or transcript, and it will create a tracker showing who promised what, to whom, and by when. Each item quotes the line it came from. If a promise doesn’t have a clear owner, it goes into a “Needs an owner” section for review. You can update the tracker after your next meeting, and each item keeps its ID.

  • Now, when you open your workspace, you’ll see a feed. The “Needs you” section highlights items that need your attention or input. The feed also suggests tasks that could be automated or improved with AI. “Suggested for you” shows workflow steps already covered by catalog skills. “Skills picked for you” recommends skills you can add and use. The “Handled” section lists automated runs completed since your last visit.
  • You can adjust your feed in Feed settings. Choose how much information you see, turn sources on or off, and clear any details the feed has learned about you.
  • Onboarding is now a chat. Describe one process in your own words. The chat will figure out which systems are involved, how often it runs, how long it takes, the volume, and who signs off. It will only ask for missing details, and you can skip any question.
  • You can now save private items in the Company Brain, where your organization stores its knowledge. Private items are visible only to you, and you can open, edit, or delete them from Browse.
  • You can save a Commitments Tracker from the Commitments Tracker skill to your private space in the Company Brain. It will appear in Artifacts and on its own tracker page.
  • You’ll now get an email notification when a teammate comments on one of your artifacts. If you prefer, you can turn these emails off in Account settings.
