Covers three modes of customer research: analyzing material you already have (transcripts, surveys, tickets), mining public signal (Reddit, G2, forums), and running new interviews or surveys when no signal exists yet. Surfaces pains, triggers, and the customer's own language so positioning and copy are grounded in what people actually say, not assumption.
