Capabilities

  • Read profit-and-loss and cash-flow statements.
  • Run industry and profitability benchmarking against similar businesses.
  • Read transaction history and business-profile data.
  • Import transaction data into the General Ledger.
  • Create, update, send, and duplicate invoices and estimates.
  • Generate payment links.
  • Add new customers and products, and update business-profile information.
  • Accept a bank statement by CSV, PDF, image upload, or direct paste, as an alternative to a live connection.

Limitations

  • Available to US QuickBooks customers only.
  • Destructive changes, such as deletions, require the user’s confirmation before QuickBooks applies them.
  • Scope is explicitly limited to the documented use cases, with Intuit inviting requests for more.
