Capabilities
- Read profit-and-loss and cash-flow statements.
- Run industry and profitability benchmarking against similar businesses.
- Read transaction history and business-profile data.
- Import transaction data into the General Ledger.
- Create, update, send, and duplicate invoices and estimates.
- Generate payment links.
- Add new customers and products, and update business-profile information.
- Accept a bank statement by CSV, PDF, image upload, or direct paste, as an alternative to a live connection.
Limitations
- Available to US QuickBooks customers only.
- Destructive changes, such as deletions, require the user’s confirmation before QuickBooks applies them.
- Scope is explicitly limited to the documented use cases, with Intuit inviting requests for more.
