This Week's Updates: Skills and Agents on One Page

Your aides is now the one page for skills and agents, you can share an agent with someone outside your organization, and adding a skill is now a single zip download.

This week, we put skills and agents on one page in the Skills and Agents Platform, made agents shareable with people outside your organization, and rebuilt the workflow map page. On skillsandagents.co, adding a skill is now a single download.

skillsandagents.co

  • We’ve added a page on business process management. It explains how you capture the way your business works and let aides handle the repetitive tasks. An aide is a skill or agent that does work for you.
  • The “Add this skill” popup on every skill page now gives you one zip of the whole skill folder and two steps, download and install. You no longer copy the skill into Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini by hand.
  • The list view on Skills, Agents, and Plugins now marks third-party entries, so you can see who made something before you open it. The marker used to show in Grid view only.
  • Agent pages now fit a phone screen. Wide tables scroll in their own box and long links wrap, so you can read a runbook on your phone.
  • The main menu is now Skills, Agents, and Product.

Skills and Agents Platform

  • Your aides is now the one page for skills and agents. It shows the aides you use, then your skills, then your agents, so you no longer switch between two pages. Old links to the Skills page still work.
  • The “Aides you use” table now lists agent runs as well as skill runs, so you see everything you ran in one place.
  • You can now share an agent with a named person outside your organization. They join through the share link, the same way they can for a skill.
  • You can list and revoke an agent’s share links from the agent page, so you control who still has access.
  • We redesigned the workflow map page. Steps sit in a wide column with linked skills beside them, and each step keeps its details behind a toggle. This makes a long map easier to read.
  • The map page now has one “Map analysis” card. It shows the tallies, explains what they mean, and has a button to see our skill suggestion.
  • The skill suggestion is now one Skill Recommendation card. It gives the reasons in plain sentences and lets you discard the recommendation.
  • You can paste longer transcripts when you build a map. Long pastes now produce a draft map.
  • Filters on the agents table, agent calls, reports, and the skill catalog now apply as soon as you change a dropdown. The Filter button is gone.
  • A skill’s run count now includes runs made through MCP, the connection that lets Claude and other AI tools call your skills. A skill you only run that way no longer shows zero runs.

Third-Party Skills added to the Marketplace

  • Oh My Mermaid: get an architecture diagram of your codebase, drawn by your AI agent, that you can open in your browser.
  • Linear Release Setup: connect your CI to Linear Releases without writing the config yourself.
